Shipping Information
To guarantee you the best possible experience, we will process your order as soon as it is made. We will make our best to care for your order in the shortest possible time, taking into account eventual small delays in periods of sale. You will, however, be always notified when your order has been processed and shipped.

Free worldwide express shipping for orders above 350€.
Delivery Times
We remember that delivery outside the EU can be subject to import taxes and customs controls. Those kinds of taxes are at your charge. Customs controls may also delay the delivery time.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
EU: 2-3 working days
North America (U.S. and Canada): 2-3 working days
Asia (China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan): 2-3 working days
Rest of the world: 4-5 working days
Other Shipping Information
We don't have any control over customs duties and import taxes, so we cannot guarantee you which are the possible costs to incur. All eventual duties and taxes are at your charge. In case you refuse the parcel due to import duties and taxes, you will be charged the additional handling and shipment costs.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at flora@florania.org specifying the number of your order. If your return is accepted, we kindly ask you to pack the item in the original box with a copy of the receipt and send it to the return address specified below. We will however send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package via email.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
